Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Place the item in a discreet shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside to ensure efficient processing.
Inspection & Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the seal has not been broken, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
